I have the same, been debugging it the last two days but no luck. Disabled all non-e10s compatible addons but still have this hiccup. Have undefined errors with unknown source in my console:
Error: Missing host permission for the tab
about:blank : Unable to run script because scripts are blocked inter.nally

Apparently the error for new storage method have been suppressed with the last night's debug spree. Check if you have such in your console.
In general I'm suspecting NoScript due to the issues with content policy and the blocked internal scripts. The same behavior was experienced in the first early e10s compatibility days for Noscript.
I need to ask on my side: is ACR still working for all you nightly testers, is it displaying the compatibility information in AddOn manager view?

As I understand it this directly contradicts why Mozilla is switching to WebExtensions in the first place. There will be no more all including ui modifications or pref changes by addons.

One thing can be said, LastPass add-on causes the tab lock problem even if opened only 2 tabs.
(when I test http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic ... &t=3029459 , I encounter the tab lock problem)
That could be it. I have LastPass installed. Is there some investigation into what's causing this at all?
Cheers!

Hello everybody,

Some of you have (like me) problems to render the Roboto font with Firefox 54 and 55 ?

https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Roboto+Condensed (Render works with Firefox 53)

EDIT :

OK, I solved my problem by toggling to false the pref "gfx.downloadable_fonts.otl_validation"

Nightly has been crashing while quitting for a very long time on my computer, I've already sent thousands of crash reports. What I don't understand is why Nightly window closes normally without any warning.
Sorry for my poor English.

No any crashing here,
try to troubleshoot, as it could be extensions, especially AV&FW related.

Even after todays update, all bookmarks which didn't have a favicon (yet), still don't get it back when opening the bookmark in a tab, normally simply opening them in a tab restores the favicon in the bookmarks sidebar, now it doesn't update the favicon.

@ Peja Stija - It's being tracked in Bug 1356525 - Mozilla Firefox Nightly 55.0a1 (2017-04-13) has broken favicons storage for many favicons which are: missing, no proper, no updating etc.,
which is still not fixed.
It will be fixed soon probably, as patches in dependent bugs are present and are under review.
