After I downloaded the new windows 10 the sound on Firefox even at a high setting is terribly low. Everything works fine with Edge and Chrome. The problem is only with firefox.
Thanks

Re: Sound Problem
All files, particular files... ?
Open the "mixer" part of "Sound Properties" (in Windows itself) & see if "Firefox" may be at a low setting, where others (Speakers, System Sounds, ...) are at a higher setting. If so, bring the Firefox setting up to par with the others. ("Firefox" will only show when FF is open.)

Fire 750, bring back 250.

I went to the mixer, but Firefox is not listed.

Hi,
Have you tried playing any kind of video with Firefox, like YouTube & then opening the Mixer?

Re: Sound Problem
I discovered that I had to be in Mozilla browser before it would show up. The sound shows to be at full volume for Firefox in the mixer, but it is still a very low volume
Thanks for the reply though.
