I'm having issues where menus, tooltips, button bars and other things are not rendering at all. Page content is fine, so are tabs. Unsure if the issue I'm seeing is related, I think it started in a late April build.

yeah exactly this kind of thing but funny enough, on win10 I don't have the issue any more on 10th build (but have it at work on win7 and different GPU)

I have been having issues as well. Extremely slow loading of things like the down arrow for "list all tabs" and switching to a tab after a list opens. The whole process takes a long time and the animations don't fire. Also the right click context menu take a long time to show up or doesn't show at all. I have switched back to the 05/05 build as that does not have these issues

Did you enable out of process webextensions? It breaks addon menus
