The guy is a troll who has been banned from many many sites. Even the PM forum
What sort of man would put a known criminal in charge of a major branch of government? Apart from, say, the average voter.

we are all entitled to voice them whether you like it or not.
Only up to a point. When voicing their opinions includes violating forum rules or posting only to foment conflict and promote competitive products then that entitlement ends.

There are many other places where people can express themselves and conduct flame wars, troll and be idiots

im refering to as a Whole, not just internet/forum
And the same basic limitations apply. When, where, and how one chooses to voice their opinions can impact whether the person's expressions are deemed appropriate or not. Trolling on the Internet is just one example.
