Looks to require Flash.
Try Safe Mode.
If that doesn't work, create a new, clean Profile, & confirm that it works there.

It works in Safe Mode -- now what?
This is a brand new setup with a new profile.
AdBlockPlus is my only AddOn.

Instead of ABP, why not use uBlock Origin?

Win XP, SeaMonkey 2.46. Flash Player 26.0.0.102 - plays the video.
But there is no panel with buttons and how to stop it.
SeaMonkey 2.48b1 - plays the video with no problem.

Meantime, I have to dig Internet Explorer out to play videos more often than ever..
