When trying to access my xfinity email I receive the following message..."400 Bad request. Your browser sent an invalid request."
There is no problem connecting using Internet Explorer. I am running Windows 7,64 bit computer.
This happened intermittently for the first time about a week ago. Now it happens all the time.
Would appreciate any help. Bill

Note that this is usually about corrupted cookies.
Clear the cache and remove the cookies from websites that cause problems in Options/Preferences via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button.
You can clear the cache and remove the cookies from involved websites.
Options/Preferences -> Advanced -> Network -> Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
Options/Preferences -> Privacy -> "Use custom settings for history" -> Cookies: "Show Cookies"
