Seamonkey periodically reports that it cannot perform an auto-update check. If I temporarily turn off protection from AVG software, the update check performs successfully. I don't mind adding an exception to AVG to bypass checking Seamonkey, but I don't know what Seamonkey program file or URL to add to the AVG exceptions.
Any suggestions?
Using Windows 7 PRo, Seamonkey 2.46, AVG BASIC Free version 17.4.3014 .

Re: AVG Anti-virus software is blocking Seamonkey auto-updat
Nevermind. I had to add ""C:\Program Files (x86)\SeaMonkey\seamonkey.exe"" to the AVG Online Shield exception list for Seamonkey auto-updates to work.
