Anyone find that using "move to new window" just duplicates the tab now?

Works fine for me on Linux. I tried both the Move to new menu item and dragging to a new window.
I couple times recently dragging to a new window resulted in a blank tab which needed to be refreshed to get contents, but I haven't seen that for at least a few days.
