Is it known bug ?
Pretty clean profile.

And "X" button has a different color I think also.
I've also noticed this issue since a few nightlies ago, have not post on/properly searched bugzilla for this (a quick search yield nothing). Windows 10 Enterprise x64, Fx x64.

Your observation on the "X" button is key, I think. Didn't notice it before but it looks blurred, rather than a different color. This prompted some testing and found that:
  • (Workaround) The issue disappears if you use Customize... to show either the title bar or the menu bar (the latter through tab bar context menu as well), then removing it.
  • (Workaround) The issue doesn't show when the browser window is created in the restored state (new window from a restored one, or make your window(s) restored before exiting Fx).
  • Create a new window from a maximized one (neither title nor menu bar) and restore it, showing the issue; from this window create a new one which (per above) will not have the issue and match its position with the first window. If you now Alt-Tab the two windows you will see that the upper right window controls are clearly vertically squished (no change in horizontal size) so the "X" (having diagonal lines) gets antialiased, the square becomes a rectangle, and the dash is antialiased into nothingness (being 1 pixel tall)
More rigorous bug posters can take it from here, please  . Thanks...

EDIT: minor redaction cleanup. Also, it is possible to reproduce the bug by reversing steps: get a restored window without the issue (see steps above), show title/menu bar, maximize, hide title/menu bar, restore. Now the window shows the issue again: so, re-rendering the title/menu/tab bar while the window is maximized gives the title bar buttons less vertical room to be drawn when the window is restored.

Thanks Alice! Shows my search-fu needs oil :P

EDIT: and looking at the regression bug I wonder why it exists in the first place: standard Windows 10 windows (File Explorer, Notepad, Paint...) do have a 1 pixel gap between the title bar buttons and the area below (usually the menu bar) and a bigger gap when maximized (granted, it looks ugly), so this bug intent to remove the gap seems a bit of overkill.

Can anyone else reproduce?

1. Load a youtube video
2. Pin the tab
3. Restart nightly
4. Notice the sound is quieter on that tab until you refresh it

Do you happen to know if there is a bug for this floating around somewhere? It may be the same thing I'm seeing over here.
Cheers!

Does the video on this page work for you guys http://www.tmz.com/2017/07/14/floyd-may ... -mcgregor/ ?

I can seek through it and see the image, use the volume control and stuff but it doesn't play. Works fine on Edge.

Does Edge have the same extensions and settings as your Firefox?

Did it work in Safe Mode, with a test profile?

Did not work here with my production profile.
