your windows is not up-to-date, lots of missing updates. trigger windows update!

ist avast still installed?
the magic number is 51 and you are probably part of it :p

for some of the crashes , avast was installed

It is no longer installed

How do you know my problem is caused by windows updates ?

file versions are much out of date.

update or i have finished with you. makes no sens to waste time on outdated systems.

Crash data report Windows 6.1.7600 which is Windows 7 without any service packs. This version is definitely out of date.

Download Windows 7 SP1 from here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... pack-1-sp1
