I am now always crashing, every 5 minutes. Why ?

I have adblock installed.
I deleted my antivirus.
I have uninstalled flash player

I always crash on youtube videos.

What is my problem ?

your windows is not up-to-date, lots of missing updates. trigger windows update!

How do you know my problem is caused by windows updates ?

Crash data report Windows 6.1.7600 which is Windows 7 without any service packs. This version is definitely out of date.
