Problem with Which.co.uk

Post by Middleleaze »

I am a Which subscriber and whenever I visit Which.co.uk everything works very well except when I wish to visit "My Account". Clicking on the "My Account" Tab brings up a collection of computer code and I am unable to access my account. I experience no problems if I use Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer or Chrome.

Can anyone please help me to resolve this issue?

Hi !

After doing some reading on the Wich.co.uk pages, I finally found this : Which recommends to use this add-on to detect and delete Flash cookies :

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefo ... erprivacy/

See : http://www.which.co.uk/privacy-policy/cookie-policy/

But I seriously doubt if this causes the 'your account' page to show coding only.
Could you make sure in that JavaScript is enabled ?

Type in the address bar : 'about:config' (without the quotation marks)
and then type and search for the preference :
'javascript.enabled' (without the quotation marks)
and make sure that its value is set to 'true'.

If this doesn't do the trick, I sure hope that somebody else will come to your rescue !

Many thanks for your response Happy112.

I have now tried everything that you suggested but, unfortunately, my problem remains

Have you ever had this problem before or anything similar to it?

Bummer !
Giving it one more shot (stab in the dark) :
Are you by any chance running a script blocker, like NoScript ?
If so : would you disable it and see if that makes a difference ?

You could try clearing the cache, or maybe just force re-load the page with Ctrl+r or by pressing F5
