hi
firstly, I love FF and it's my default browser, but for some unknown reason to me and way above my pay grade, some apps or web sites work far better in chrome
when I use Chrome, I miss my favorite FF add ons and extensions
may I kindly ask is there a way to open these things into Chrome please
kindest thanks, cheers
peter

Hi petergo,
I'm afraid not, for Google Chrome only allows you to install extensions from the Chrome Web Store.

thats not possible without deeper knowledge and modifying the package - if it is a true webextension! the legacy XPI-model is mozilla-only!
what are you missing in special?
@Happy - not really - you can download and install from offline also - but that would mean NO updates from chrome store

It is possible to make Firefox extensions compatible with other browsers using the WebExtensions API.
One has to be very tech-savvy, though.

@pertergo - wouldn't you get more info from the Chrome Forums?
Doesn't matter what you say, it's wrong for a toaster to walk around the house and talk to you
