The crash says Build ID 20170724100304. I think that means the previous version hung (and then was force crashed) on shutdown.

The related products for your crash and my crash this morning are several versions of Thunderbird (Bug 1316927) and versions 54.0 and 56.0a1 of Firefox. None in 55.0.

I've just updated Win64 Nightly and there is an issue at start-up : the message "missing profile" appears a lot of times, then nightly starts, and starts again, etc... until I reboot windows (8.1).
:(
I think there is a bug somewhere

(I tried to create a new profile but the same issue happens)

It does. You have to have the setting for "Show accent colors on the following surfaces - titlebars" turned on in Personalize -> Colors and be using the default Firefox theme.
Ok, I got it now. That setting was off.

I had the same issue a few days back. GHM113 addresses the issue (link below) as it appears to be Kaspersky caused. At least it was in my case (as well). I followed GHM113's solution (thanks GHM113!) and eliminated the errors. I have no clue as to what capabilities in KIS were altered/defeated.

PM me if you need specific instructions as the process is not all that intuitive - at least it wasn't for me.

As far as I know, ffcert is used only to import Kaspersky certificate into Firefox storage and nothing else. So no capabilities should be defeated. I also reported about this issue on official kaspersky forum and it turned out one long-time kaspersky gold beta-tester came across this bug as well. He simply deleted ffcert.exe. Also, alternative solution is to close Kaspersky by clicking on Kaspersky icon in system tray - Exit.

Yep, there is no such thing as Kaspersky task manager, I called Application control this way simply because it was the first expression that came to my mind.
Sorry for my poor English.
