When I downloaded 2.48 a few hours ago I couldn't open my e mails as it would just crash. I have tried to fix it and just created new profile thinking that would help and now I acme't even open SM 2.48 at all!
HELP!!

I can now open 2.48 but still can't open e mails without SM crashing! I also opened a case under king60! Sorry about opening two!

about:crashes, the last few related crash report URLs?
Maybe this, [10.12] Daily crashes on startup in nsAbOSXDirectory::Init on Sierra, via malloc_zone_batch_malloc, and _PFAllocateObjects, which unfortunately is marked WONTFIX for FF 52 ESR (though we're suppose to check with TB if it can be uplifted).
