Anyone having a problem with Add-ons not updating? If I go to the Add-ons page and click Check for Updates it starts the process of checking and stays that way until I close the browser. It does actually say Updating Add-Ons, but never actually updates anything.

Do you use Classic Theme Restorer or anything like that?
Sorry for my poor English.

Changing tab position by dragging tabs on the tab strip is broken for me. Is there already a ticket for this?

I see so many users having broken extension problems but I am not familiar enough with them to know if they are Legacy or Web-ex.

I would expect Legacy extensions to be broken or to act flaky with FF 57.

Thats because from several days ago (literally few days after Nightly became 57) they started to crush-kill-destroy sub-bugs from this one - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1347507
A lot of old stuff getting removed (even if they not yet called XUL dead yet) so addons started to break one after one. Just in my case i lost 3 of them already.
About WebEx or not - you can look in you Addon Manager, if its marked Legacy then cross you fingers. If its old addon with no updates for a lot of time better look for alternatives.

That started for me with yesterday's build. I switched to Stylus-Beta instead. You may have to install your styles in Stylus. They might need tweaking to get them working, too.

About WebEx or not - you can look in you Addon Manager,

I have no legacy extensions. All three of mine are Web-Ex.

My surprise is that those of you that have Legacy extensions are surprised that they are dying just like Mozilla said that they would.

IMHO. A lucky user would just have them die. An unlucky user would have they cause all kinds of problems before they die.

And, if I was you, I would be talking to the developer of the extension. If he or she is still interested they might fix it. As I understand it most of them can not be fixed.

What many of us are waiting for are those add-ons that can be, are, in fact, converted to WebExtensions.

We, well, personally i - not surprised, rather saddeden by fact that Mozilla does not consider nor state of WebEx support nor Addon developers plans at all.
I have, or, actually, had a lot of addons and just a few of them shows any movement into WebEx world, all over is either clearly abandoned (developer posted refusal to port it) due personal\other reason or in uncertain "maybe, if possible" state. Some addon just simply cannot be ported due lack of needed features in WebEx.
No matter how one look at situation its a loss. One of stongest things about Firefox was flexibility and addons, with this transition both going to shrink radically.

But, unfortunately, not all of them. I know, we need progress but killing main feature of browser isn't good idea. I'm so sad about that, I try to use other browser but without luck, I'm with Mozilla since version 2 and I think I will continue to use it. I've problem with essentials options from extensions, for example forcing external links to open in new tab in foreground, possible only with TMP, now it is death also....
