my updates are failing

in C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Mozilla\updates\A3710B8EBB50CD3\updates\last-update.log

I have rename_file: failed to rename file - src: C:\Program Files\Nightly/firefox.exe, dst:C:\Program Files\Nightly/firefox.exe.moz-backup, err: 13

Win 7 64bits

At work laptop, there's McAfee installed, it might be this.

Neither do I, and it isn't available in Customize.

Control-shift-Y brings up the Downloads window under Library, but the new Library icon doesn't list Downloads. I wonder if it is being moved to Library but that part isn't done yet.

It's gone in inbound - Win10 x64, but appears when you download (same with library window).

Edit: seems to stick in library window
url bar icon comes and goes with downloaded files - appears when downloading and seems to stay around until clearing downloads or new browser session.

It's a little customizable. You can control the placement by moving other icons around it. You just can't remove it or move it to another bar.

And it does appear after you download a file.

The best part:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1371765#c7
Showing the Recent Downloads icon only when needed is an important aspect of the Photon design. We're doing this for a few reasons. One, it clears up unnecessary clutter in the toolbar, to help the user stay focused on what's relevant at the moment. Two, it removes the potential of a user accidentally hiding an important feature via the customize menu. Three, we're solving the access to Previous Downloads with the Library, so there's no need to leave a vestigial tool around because it has a backdoor to that information.
My personal opinion: this guy is an idiot.
Sorry for my poor English.

No download icon with BuildID 20170823100553 for Linux before or after downloading. I need to use Ctrl+Shift+Y to know that the download has occurred.
