File & menu & applications & deleting

They don't show as a choice in my normal display. Any suggestions?
Win 10 Pro desktop, but now 64-bit latest Windows 10. Usually latest or latest-1 Thunderbird on this machines.

Where are you looking to find those choices? Have you tried pressing Alt+V at the same time to display the "View" menu?

Alt+V doesn't appear

Have you tried starting the program in Safe Mode?

i've fixed them
