1. put Library button on the toolbar (if not yet)
2. open random web page
3. hit star button and click done
4. see broken Library button animation - it moves down and then up
anyone ?

To me it looks like the Library icon gets wider (bolder) and then returns to normal. It seems like the intended action.

Since the landing of the All-in-One 'Options/Preferences' panel - anyone noticed a huge lag/delay in opening the page. Seems like a big performance hit.

Only seen to be noticiable after first start-up of the browser, subsequent openings seem fairly snappy.

I see that issue also. Its like the bounce animation forgot to rebound.

FWIW, it occurs on maximized window without title bar, but not on maximized window with title bar, nor on unmaximized(normal) window, for me. (Windows10)

Same here. Maybe the issue isn't evident on Linux versions.

I can not reproduce it only with normal window with title bar. All other cases have this bug more or less.
