TB blocking my attachments

I have TB 52.0.1 32-bit. Don't know if there's a 64. This week it started blocking attachments in my outgoing mail. Then I have to click the message and change it to "allow." PITA.

What's the message that indicates TB is blocking attachments to outgoing messages?

Just happened again: "Thunderbird has blocked a file from loading into this message. Unblocking the file will include it in your sent message. Options..." followed by "Keep blocking" or "Unblock."

I've been using TB maybe 15 years, and this is something new.

It was new to me. Trying the about:config entry. Otherwise I'll just go back to the previous TB version.
