lightning not able to add new events

Hi,

I am running tb 52.3.0 on osx 10.12.6 with lightning 5.4.3
I can see and edit calendar entries but unable to create a new event.
I click the "event" icon and the "new event" window appears but the entry form is blank. there are no fields but there is a top bar with "Save and close" and "invite attendees" icons appear.

Any ideas for how to troubleshoot this?

Is bug 1370204 the same as your issue? Are you using the Oracle Beehive extension?

Create new event or task shows a blank screen

Is another extension breaking the Lightning extension? Try disabling all other extensions and restart.
