Firefox 57 (20170912) - Intranet Sites Not Working

Using 57 on the build released on Friday (i think, 20170908) NTLM (authentication) worked for my intranet sites. Since updating this morning, none of those sites will work.
The modified preferences that used to work all contain the same info from before:

network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris
network.negotiate-auth.delegation-uris
network.negotiate-auth.trusted-uris

I have disabled all plugins, then cleared cache/cookies, restarted the browser and still nothing.
Not sure what changed or what to do at this point. Have read through some much older articles and nothing seems to be helping. Anyone have any advice?

For me it is still working, I also have:
network.negotiate-auth.allow-non-fqdn = false
network.automatic-ntlm-auth.allow-non-fqdn = false

These both are also false for me, and seem to be the default.

Not sure if the below topic is related. I do have to manually add certificates on my intranet sites, but this was working until I updated nightly to Tuesday morning's build (20170912).

So I may be approaching this problem wrong. Clearing all values (resetting) from the above settings to defaults, I still am not able to access my intranet sites. So this appears to not be related to NTLM.
I can access these sites in Firefox 55.
I cannot access these sites in Firefox 57.

When trying to access an intranet site in Firefox 57 I get a blank page and the following in the Browser Console:
"[HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized 16ms]"

This does not occur in Firefox 55 and I get a page where I can login with my credentials.

It seems I can also not log in anymore to our intranet site. I think you should file a bug for this.

Before I submit a bug for this, I would like to clarify something.
I discovered I can access some intranet sites.
The sites that do not work specifically require a certificate security exception, which I have added.
All sites work in FF55.

@dutchguy or anyone else who has this problem:
Do you have the same behavior where only intranet sites that require a certificate are not working?

Any further assistance would be appreciated.

This is now fixed in 57.0b3 (64-bit).
