Dão's already blocked that bug and submitted a patch for review. Hopefully his fix doesn't wreck the theme author's intent.

Anyone know if there is a pref that controls the zoom increment? The increment is 10. I would like it to be 5 if possible. I do use an add-on that allows me to have a different increment but I'm noticing that the zoom level for some pages change. I'm really not sure if the add-on is doing it or not. Perhaps it's a Mozilla bug. The add-on is Zoom Page WE, btw.

I don't know if there's a hardcap on the number of zoom levels you can use.

Changing the values to .5 increments does work. However, some sites need some fine tuning so that the zoomed text doesn't become dark. Zoom Page WE let's me set a default zoom increment which I set to 1 for fine tuning. I was hoping there was a similar default zoom increment somewhere in Fx that could be changed.

Thanks for the info friend.

yeah, this will solve it, but on the other side of the tab bar it causes issues with overlapping tabs and windows control buttons...
try this

Code: Select all

.titlebar-placeholder[type="pre-tabs"] {
  display: none !important;
}

Thanks, but I will let it as it is, not a big deal. The fix was just pushed to the Autoland, so will be available soon in Nightly.

Thanks for info, looks promising... but still I'm a bit surprised, that all of the sudden they are enabling OMTP on Nightly. I wonder if the code is in the Firefox for a long time or they just (silently) finished implementation, which is good enough for Nightly.

Patch for enabling OMTP is just a pref flip, so there is no need to wait, you can change it right now in the latest Nightly via about:config (layers.omtp.enabled;true)
