restore keystrokes

Tbird was messed-up because of an internet error. Now that it is restored, they are not available I've looked all over inside the program & searched here in FF for add-ons which might put them back, but to no avail

I don't understand what you mean by restore keystrokes. Do you mean that the remapping of keyboard shortcuts you made using the keyconfig add-on no longer works? Are you using the same profile as before?
