drag and drog bookmark as a file? [Mac]

I remember back when I had windows, I could drag and drop a... favorite... and it would save as a file. Doesn't seem to work with fx bookmarks+mac. It's useful if I just need to quickly transfer a few bookmarks to another machine. If somebody knows something I don't... thanks.

EDIT: Never mind, it works. FYI, you have to drag the bookmark into a finder window as opposed to a folder shortcut on the Dock. Would be nice though...
