No, SeaMonkey is the suite (browser, email, composer, etc.) and does not offer a modular installer.

If you only want an email client, consider Mozilla Thunderbird which is similar to the email portion of SeaMonkey with which is shares internal code.

There once was a bug for this sort of thing:

Seamonkey (suite) NO option to install individual components only

Seems to me that a mail only installer for SeaMonkey would be called Thunderbird.

Last I checked, the UIs are very different and SeaMonkey doesn't advertise for email providers.

The UI may be different but that's not the sole basis of comparing email clients. The functionality of Thunderbird and SeaMonkey in terms of email are very close and the file structures and underlying functional code (other than UI) are very similar..

If someone likes SM better than TB then this can be used: Standalone SeaMonkey Mail
*** SeaMonkey — weird name, sane interface, modern bowels ***
Mouse Gestures for SeaMonkey/Firefox
Convert Fx and TB extensions to SeaMonkey

The point is, reopen the bug if that is what you want to do.

And the point of that?

That particular bug was about being able to install the browser without necessarily installing the other components (mail, chat, composer...).

Not to mention that these days, we're lucky enough to have what we have.

(I've never even used Mail. cZ, I run a stand-alone version - with FF 3.0 as its back-end. Composer opens once in a blue moon. That they exist in SeaMonkey is immaterial to me.)
Fire 750, bring back 250.

It answers the question asked by johnnywhy, repeated here:

You can't install only the Mail component, but you can use it without needing to start the browser, after you have configured SeaMonkey to open with Mail & Newsgroups.

Open the browser, select Preferences > Appearance, remove the check mark from Browser under When SeaMonkey starts up, open, then add a check mark Mail & Newsgroups and SeaMonkey will always open with the mail component.

Oh, that reminds me, you can also launch the mail client by using the "-mail" parameter when launching SeaMonkey from the command line. On Windows, there's a SeaMonkey Mail shortcut in the Start Menu that does exactly this.

And that addon Lemon Juice made is really nice.
