How to disable forever sending receipts and don't show reque

Occasionally some emails sender request a reception confirmation.

Then a corresponding notification is shown in the preview pane with two buttons:
"Send receipt" and "Ignore request"

How can I forever automatically reject sending receipts?

And how can I forever this notification bar+buttons?

Each tools -> account settings -> account_name -> return receipts window has a radio button to enable "use my global return receipt settings for the account". It has a nearby global preferences button that opens tools -> options -> general -> return receipts.
