Tabs to bottom of screen

I searched the forum for this to no avail. I have always, by use of a now legacy extension, kept the tabs at the bottom of the page. I have found no way in the setup options to do this. Is it at all possible?

I just assumed that you were talking about 'Tabs on Bottom' - in reviews people are asking the developer to migrate it to Webexetensions ......
