I had this problem awhile back and it went away. Why I have no idea but it came back a few days ago.
II have a Mac Sierra and still use SM 2.46 because when I try to open e mails in 2.48 SM quits. Anyway that dreaded Mac SPINNING WHEEL has come back.
Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it? It only happens on SM and not SAFARI or anything else.
Thanks.

Re: MAC SPINNING WHEEL PROBLEM AGAIN
Have you tried starting SeaMonkey in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode
If no improvement using Safe Mode, do you have the same problem if you create a new profile and test it with no extensions or non-default themes installed?

Re: MAC SPINNING WHEEL PROBLEM AGAIN
Yes I did try the Safe Mode but haven't tried a new profile. I'll do that and see what happens.
Thanks again Dan.
