I open the browser and load a website, SeaMonkey uses an amazingly low 90mb!
Then, I open more tabs and browse normally. I close all the tabs except the previous and check ram usage. 1.5 Gigabytes, sometimes 2!
Normal or bug? Might have been happening for a while, but noticed when I opened task manager for other stuff.

Open about:memory and look what is using that memory
