Remove pdf gmail downloads from jumplist

Does anyone know how to remove my pdf gmail downloads from my firefox jumplist?
They appear under the heading Recent. Yet in about:config, the browser.taskbar.lists.recent.enabled setting is 'false'.
Interestingly, only my gmail pdf downloads appear here not recently visited websites.

Actually, I have resolved this - by going to windows 10 start settings and unchecking 'show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or the taskbar'.
