Why other searches?
in options I put google as default search Why how do other ones show up as well?
Win 10 Pro desktop, but now 64-bit latest Windows 10. Usually latest or latest-1 Thunderbird on this machines.

Are you referring to when you start typing in the Location Bar the lowest line in the Location Bar drop-down displays all the installed Search engines?
If so, that is a new feature in preparation for Firefox 57 where the Search Bar is hidden by default, and is sitting in the Customize palette.

If the other ones show (in the address bar or search bar) when you are trying to search, you can then choose one of the other ones without having to set it as the default first. It's for convenience.
