Hi all. I'm on Windows 10 and using the latest releases of Firefox & Thunderbird. When running either as Admin, drag & drop feature is not available. I wouldn't think it should matter. Is this a bug?
Thanks,
Reynaldo

What are you trying to drag and drop?
Where are you dragging it from?

I'll suspect something along the lines of, Mapped network drives not visible.
With Windows Explorer running at a "user" level, while you have FF running at an Admin level.
FAQ: Drop Box doesn't work on Vista and later.

Re: Firefox and Thunderbird doesn't allow drag & drop as Adm
Hey gang, sorry I've been in the weeds the last couple of days. Thanks for the replies. I will attempt to answer your questions.
Q. What are you trying to drag and drop?
A. Just routine docs, like PDFs and Word docs.
Q. Where are you dragging it from?
A. Typically my desktop.
Q. Where are you trying to drop it?
A. Several different places, but mostly attempting to drag and drop PDFs at Adobe Sign (using Firefox) and in various docs in Thunderbird.
Now let me ask you guys a question. Have you tried to replicate what I am experiencing? If not, please give it a go.
Thanks and Best Regards!
Reynaldo

And the same drag and drop operation works in a non-administrator user account?
