Hello again,
Three times I tried to reset my Mozilla Support password. Three time the response was that an Email had been sent.
30 minutes later, not one Email.
I can log in to this site ...

Have you checked the Junk/Spam/Bulk folder of your email account to make sure their response has not been misidentified as that class of message?
