Homepage not showing when opening new tab

Any idea why my homepage is not showing when I open a new tab?

what about safe-mode?
any extension before upgrade?

What does happen when you open a new tab?

Did you have an extension that affected what happens when a new tab opens?

Have your settings changed?
What do your settings show is supposed to happen?
Fire 750, bring back 250.

Fire 750, bring back 250.
