Can anyone help with changing the black tab bar. My desktop has a dark background and the new black tab bar makes it extremely difficult to read my tabs now.

Under the "hamburger" menu on the far right, choose Customize... At the bottom of that page there's a fly-up menu for Themes. I've switched to the "Light" theme which may be what you're looking for. Would be better if there was a choice for no theme at all and just follow the UI for window frame colors but oh no... That wouldn't annoy users enough I guess.
