Prevent last tab from closing?[Linux.]

Post by beckfield »

Before 57, the TabMix Plus extension had an option that would prevent the last tab from closing. FF 57 has an option to not close the window when you close the last tab, but it still closes the tab and opens a blank/new tab.

Does anyone know of an extension or option to prevent the last tab from closing at all? So whatever page I'm on, it just stays there?

In about:config toggle this pref browser.tabs.closeWindowWithLastTab to false.

.
A mind is a terrible thing to waste. Mine has wandered off and I'm out looking for it.

That's the option that I said FF 57 has, but it isn't what I want. With that option set to false, if you issue the Close Tab command, the tab with the content I want is replaced by a new/blank tab. I don't want that. I want my last tab to be left alone.
