Is there a Firefox backup Addon for 57

Now that the API requirements have changed, I can no longer use Chuck Baker's FEBE - and he is unable to create a version that will work as it would require access to user's bookmarks, passwords, cookies, etc.

Is there no longer any way to backup Firefox?

MozBackup is pretty lame in comparison to FEBE and it always was very buggy at restoring.

I had ocassion to use Mozbackup to restore the profile and it worked flawlessly.
