No autofill controls in Quantum

This page says that there should be a "Forms & Passwords" section in Preferences, as well as a "Saved Addresses" section where I can add, edit, and remove saved addresses. I've recently switched over to Firefox and would really like to be able to do this, but I don't see any of this stuff in Preferences.

I realize this article is referring to v56 (there is no updated version of this article). Is this not going to be a thing in Quantum?
