Tried all the Tracking setting in Options. Tried every setting in Options I thought could remotely affect the ASUS website driver download page.
No luck

We the willing, led by the unknowing, have been doing the impossible for the ungrateful. We have been doing so much, for so long, with so little, we are now qualified to do anything with nothing.

Well, I found the problem. I used HOSTS files from here: http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.htm
Anyways, it seems ASUS changed something on their site and my HOSTS file from June 2017 became outdated. The November 2017 HOSTS file, fixed the problem.

I guess if ASUS hadn't changed something and I didn't use a 3rd party HOSTS file, I would never have had this problem.
