Hi all
I would like to know what is the status of extension development for Thunderbird.
Mozilla moved to WebExtension for Firefox, is it the same for TB ? If yes how to proceed ? If no, are current extension frameworks future proof ?
Thanks for any hints

Re: Status of extension development for Thunderbird
Are you asking as the developer of extensions or as a user of extensions?

I think Thunderbird 60 or maybe 67 will be the last release of Thunderbird as we know it.
After that it will be completely rewritten as a web app.
