No, that button was removed when the Synced Tabs feature was introduced. But I think if you click on the email address in the "Menu Panel" Sync in Firefox will contact the Sync server. Not 100% sure of that and can't "test it" - the Sync account I was using with my Fx57 Profile is broken now.

There is a Sync Now function.
If you hover your email address in the menu drop-down list then you will notice a circular arrow at the far right.
You can click this button to initiate a Sync.
The tooltip shows that last sync time.
