Does this mean it is again supporting Java plug in?improving the way we render graphics and cache JavaScript.

It would have been nice if they kept the original name of LiveScript to minimize the confusion between the two all these years since 1995.
The only currently supported Firefox to still allow the Java Plugin from Oracle to run is Firefox 52 ESR. Note for Windows you need the 32-bit Firefox 52 ESR as Win64 Firefox 52 ESR only allows Flash Player and Silverlight Plugins to run like the Win64 Releases before. Besides Oracle is depreciating their Java Plugin anyways. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/npapi-plugins
