I finally fixed the issue by allowing JavaScript to replace/disable context menus, thanks to a suggestion from lvm. One of the first replies.
Probably not the most secure but I don't think I will be going to sketchy sites.

The theme only affects the taskbar and start menu. Everything else is through Windows itself.

Might be of interest, Bug 380637 Should web pages be restricted from being able to override the browser's keyboard shortcuts?
