Firefox Quantum Login Problem on Some Websites

Post by Cam1 »

Since I updated to Firefox Quantum, I am having trouble logging on to specific websites. These websites either just (1) continue trying to log on with an endless loop and with no error message or (2) they return an error message saying some variant of you need to "Enter a valid email and password combo" . However in all cases that I have come across, there is no problem with logging in to the website with identical credentials using other browsers, like Safari, for example. I did not have this problem with earlier versions of Firefox either - i.e before Quantum.

I tried the same log ons after using Firefox in "safe mode", with no difference. One example of a problem website is stubhub.com.

Thanks for your help!

Hi,
Have you tried clearing the cache & those site cookies?

&, The URL's to those specific sites may help.
