Firefox (v58) Crashing on Exit

For reasons I can't determine, Firefox (v58) has been crashing on exit for the past few weeks. I've tried running it in Safe Mode...same problem. I've uninstalled / re-installed; run reset. Same problem. At this point, I've stopped using Firefox because it's frustrating to have to acknowledge the crash knowing that nothing works to correct the problem. Any ideas would be appreciated.
