In the last week or two, suddenly sometimes tbird is not word wrapping in Compose windows.
I haven't been able to figure out what happens reproducibly, but it sort of seems write works but reply or forward loses word wrapping (or maybe tbird thinks the pane is larger than it is.)
All I have done lately that I recall is delete some email accounts, from 4 (3 ISP 1 gmail) to 2 (1 ISP 1 gmail). Also the ISP required some messing with ports and security settings.
Any clues? Thanks.

Re: word wrap in Compose windows
How are you formatting your outgoing messages, as plain text or HTML? Check under Tools->Account Settings->Composition & Addressing.
Are the messages you are replying to or forwarding in HTML format or plain text?

Outgoing messages are in html.
No idea about incoming messages. They look like text, no images, etc. but then my compositions look like text. I am writing to frequent senders so I have sent these people email before.

If replies or forwards are unwrapped, it's probably due to the formatting introduced by the original sender's email program. Edit/Rewrap (Ctrl+R) usually fixes it.
