We really don't care.
It's probably that c****y surface keyboard.
.
Don't ya' just hate it when they threaten to leave? What I find most upsetting is when they don't.

This wasn't a threat, merely a statement of fact. If I can't use Firefox, then I'll have to use something else.
BTW, Robert, you sound like a really nice person.
I'm getting exactly the same symptoms on my Dell laptop.
Pressing any key, or the same key repeatedly produces the qwertyuiop etc sequence.
I have tried safe mode and disabling add-ons etc and there is no change. This problem only occurs in Firefox. In all other programs the keyboard respond normally.
I do not have this problem on my desktop pc using the same version of Firefox.
You gave me a clue... I turned off Zonealarm antikeylogger and Firefox is now behaving.
I'd rather not leave anti key logger switched off though so is there a problem specific to Firefox?? The problem only happened after the most recent Firefox update.
Being as it is only the latest version of Firefox that is misbehaving and all other software and system are ok I'm more inclined to think it's something with Firefox.
