Greasemonkey

Post by scnrfrq »

Is there any version of Greasemonkey that will run scripts on Seamonkey? I need to get it installed so I can run a Facebook Purity script on the latest version of SM.

What version of SeaMonkey?
(What version of FF?)

Anyhow, dated at this point, but create a new Profile to test with & see what you get.
Greasemonkey 2.3 — [ Install ] - default script editor is not available - set up external editor in options to make the edit function work. Otherwise it appears to work but has not been thoroughly tested. You can also consider Scriptish, a GM fork, which supports SeaMonkey natively (use "Install Anyway" button if it appears as not available for SeaMonkey). Another alternative: Greasemonkey Port.

Using SM 2.46 right now, but I'd like to use the latest version if I can get GM to work. I have GM installed now, but can't get a certain user script installed. Over my my head I guess. Can anyone tell me how to install a script?
