Re: Will Firefox add-ons continue to work in Waterfox?
They are what they are.
I have no problem with these forks, or indeed any Third Party build, so long as they stick to being what they are and not continue to pretend they are the 2nd coming of the Messiah. They are not.
I could write more, but really when one of them lists one of their, just, 14 differences to Firefox as being 'Addition of Duplicate Tab option', when I know that the Ctrl + left click on Reload to duplicate a tab has always been in Firefox for 10 years or so...what's the point?
This may surprise some non-geeks, but duplicating a tab is not exactly cutting edge technology - http://marklets.com/Duplicate%20Current%20Tab.aspx

If i read things like that, forks automatically becomes more desirable - even something like Vivaldi becomes more desirable:

Maybe I'm too logical for my own good, but I can't understand a damn word of this post.celtic_superhero wrote:If i read things like that, forks automatically becomes more desirable - even something like Vivaldi becomes more desirable:

loading chrome code in ff63 is NOT a problem .. some interfaces changes their names yes , but its still the good old XUL based browser (and will stay like that forever)
