Delete site from history without losing cookies?

Post by semigeek »

I have a million instances of www.google.com searches and maps in my history. I'd like to delete them all at once, but suspect that "Forget about this site" will also lose the site's cookies and whitelisting for those, which I want to retain. Is there a way to do this?

Since you are on Fx52 this addon should do the job:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... y/?src=api

I've used it for several years with no problem.

Indeed that does it! Thank you. (It would be more logical to place "Delete History of This Site" before "Forget About This Site" on the menu, but I'm a nitpicker...)
